Project Coordinator – Infrastructure

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager and Project Superintendent. A Project Coordinator at Clearway is responsible for assisting in the planning, supervision and execution of construction projects. The Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in project administration and field work, communicate with clients, consulting engineers and subcontractors. Other major tasks include keeping up to date shop drawings, construction schedules, as-built drawings, contract change orders, obtain quotations, RFI’s and Health and Safety documentation.

Project Manager – Infrastructure

Reporting directly to a Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall control, direction and progression of the contract work. The project manager will be accountable for contract time, completion cost and general overall project performance including health and safety requirements. The main objective of the project manager will be to deliver the specified work within time, within budget and to the desired level of quality and workmanship.

Site Superintendent – Sewer & Watermain Construction

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the Site Superintendent is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of their projects. The Site Superintendent is responsible for the allocation of resources, equipment and subcontractors within their projects. They will monitor the project site to ensure compliance with the owners’ standards, design procedures, contract specifications and industry best practices.  The main objective of the Site Superintendent will be to deliver the specified work safely, within time, within budget and to the desired level of quality and workmanship.
