The Objective

This multidisciplinary project, with a price tag of $5.5 million, is the largest transit expansion in Toronto’s history. Our involvement extended to the construction of the project’s wet utilities.

Challenges

The challenges were twofold. First was the extreme density of one of the City’s busiest urban corridors. Secondly, due to the immense scope of this project our partners had difficulty in securing the multitude of permits necessary to complete the work.

The Result

Due to our Design/ Build expertise, specifically our proficiency in planning, we were able to secure all the necessary permits required for the project.
